Main activities
Advice and handling litigation in the field of international commercial law, with emphasis on corporate law, company takeovers (M&A), licensing, competition and antitrust law and media law , inheritance law, divorce law, employment law, physicians' and health law (disputes relating to tariffs, incl. criminal and liability law), as well as white collar crime and arbitration. Extensive experience in the comprehensive advising of companies.
Career
Graduated from the University of Zurich. Private practice of law since 1986, after having worked at the District Attorney's Office (today State Attorney's Office) and the District Court of Zurich. Partner at EBD since 1991.
