Peter Borer, Dr. iur., Dr. rer. soc. oec. Attorney-at-Law Studied at the University of St. Gall (HSG), University of Paris II and Business School of Vienna and received degrees in economics (1978) and law (1986). Devoted himself to the practice of law after having worked as an academic assistant at the European Institute of the HSG and as an independent business consultant. In 1985, was admitted to the bar. Lecturer for Civil Law on the Faculty of Law of the University of St. Gall since 1986.
